  • Stage Your Home: Get your home show ready by paying close attention to detail and highlighting the most outstanding features.

  • Negotiating and Selecting an Offer: Your listing broker will guide you through filling out the paperwork and negotiating a fair price on your behalf.

As Your Listing Broker I will:

  • Research the local real estate market.
  • Extensively market your home.

  • Offer expert advice on ways to prepare and show your property.

  • Help you identify the key selling points.
  • Update you on market changes that could affect your property’s sale or value.

  • Seller's warranty coverage during the listing period, professional photos, and a professional floorplan.

  • Be available to help pre-qualify potential buyers.

  • Promptly present and evaluate each offer with you, as well as build a counter offer if necessary

  • Negotiate thebest possible deal and terms in partnership with you.

  • Manage contractual, title, and transaction details.

  • Ensure mandatory items are signed, sealed, and delivered securely on the closing day.

  • Arrange for a moving company and relocation agent, if needed.
